THI-HAT

A THI-HAT is basically a wearable hi-hat stand. It's a small piece of hardware to play hi-hats right on your leg with, and play them more creatively in more places with less gear to haul than drummers and audiences alike ever knew... til now. They're completely handmade from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum stock (except for the standard Gibraltar SC-4421D clutch built into it). I put my heart and a lot of work into each one, so please play your heart out on it!!

Thi-Hats are made to fit your cymbals of choice from the smallest splashes up to 15" cymbals. Because the weight is on your leg, you probably want to use smaller cymbals - under 12" - for maximum comfort if you're playing for long periods of time.
